Which doctors are available?

Doctors are partners of ServQ Healthcare. The list of specialities will be shown when you book. [DOCTOR PARTNER DETAILS]

Do I need a smartphone?

A phone or computer that can open a link is enough. A family member or our nurse or attendant can help an older person join.

Is the consult free?

Consult fees will be published before launch. [PRICES TO BE CONFIRMED]

Can the doctor write a prescription?

That is the doctor's decision and follows medical rules. ServQ Healthcare does not promise a prescription.

Is my parent's consult private?

Consultations are between your parent and the doctor. We record consent and keep health information protected as described in our Privacy Policy.

What if the internet is poor?

Tell us. A phone call may be possible, or the slot can be rescheduled.

Can a family member join the call?

Yes, with your parent's consent. It often helps to have a family member listening.

In an emergency, call 108 (ambulance) or go to the nearest hospital. ServQ Healthcare supports planned and ongoing care at home.
