Common questions
Do I need a doctor's prescription for a nurse visit?
For injections, IV drips and any prescribed medicine, yes: the nurse follows your doctor's written instructions. For routine vitals checks and general nursing support a prescription is not always needed. Our team will tell you what to keep ready when you book.
Can a nurse start an IV drip at home?
Only on a doctor's prescription, and ServQ Healthcare does not give a first dose of an IV medicine at home, because a first dose can cause a reaction that needs hospital care.
How do I know the nurse at my door is the right person?
Each visit is confirmed with a one-time code (OTP) that you share with the nurse at the start and end of the visit. Ask to see the nurse's ID card if you wish.
In an emergency, call 108 (ambulance) or go to the nearest hospital. ServQ Healthcare supports planned and ongoing care at home. It is not an emergency service.
